ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW: 
Any modifications or additions to the buildings must be submitted for architectural review and approval by the Architectural Review Board.  Contact the management company for a copy of their required submittal documents.

MAINTENANCE MATRIX:

COMMUNITY PARKING REGULATIONS:
Niguel Pointe requires all residents to adhere to adopted parking regulations.  To view the regulations, click HERE.  Parking is monitored by Nordic Security Services.  Contact them at 714-751-0347.  Long term parking of vehicles must be "safe listed" by Nordic.

Our HOA Board of Directors meet once every month.  Homeowners are encouraged to attend if they are interested in the current affairs of the community.  A forum is provided to allow homeowners to address the Board directly.
